在距现在不远的未来东京，随着这时代科技的进步，人们已开始使用氢气电池及人型机器人了。虽然技术进步了，但犯罪检举率却相反的降低，失业率上升等等的社会不安定也不断增加，外观和现在林立的都市一样……但是，实际上街道已经被混乱的阴影所笼罩。以这样的东京为舞台，原田及黑川三人一起经营了一间通称DSA的危险代理公司（DANGER SERVICE AGENCY），这间公司不管委托的工作是合法或不合法，都会接受代理。喜欢李小龙的美少女“海空来”怪异科学技术工程师“原田”曾经是刑警患上面类中毒的老伯“黑川”他们一起住的大楼屋顶的公司的办公室兼住宅改建的伦敦巴士是他们的基地、采取“不接既卖命不赚钱的委托”主义的DSA，为何接到的委托都会变成亡命工作呢？海空来的飞踢咆哮，原田的枪冒着火，黑川品尝着乌龙面……
