因为武小松通过士官证过期得到灵感，据此写下一篇文章发表到刊物上，从而引起领导的重视，更是传达给团里的杨政委。叶教导员生气武小松不懂得集体荣誉感，明明有那么多英雄事迹可以写，非要让功勋团在全军面前出糗。幸好关键时刻，丰雷出面平息叶教导员的怒火，避免武小松面临责罚。 各个机组在飞行时遭遇卖假药的黑电台干扰，场站对空台报告显示黑电台占用波段，具体位置尚未查明。尽管功勋团和无线电管理局进行过协调，可是其他地方也出现类似情况，所以他们正在组织力量调查，实在是抽不出足够人手，还要三五天时间才能到功勋团。 然而功勋团的训练任务本来就重，无论是管理局或者公安局都没办法在短时间内解决，杨政委想到上次无人机干扰飞行事件，也正是电抗分队的谈小雅出面解决，说不定这件事也能搞定。刘队懒得来回跑，让人谎称自己不在，谈小雅则是亲自前往。
