YURK HON is sent to hospital but at last he dies. Before he dies, he requests YIN to take care of ZHENG. ZHENG thinks that YING YEUNG should be responsible for YURK HON's death. He goes to take revenge but YIN stops him. YIN encourages ZHENG to inherit YURK HON's fortune and give it further development. CHI CHING returns to Hong Kong and goes to YURK HON's tomb. There she meets YIN and JIANG and they are embarrasses. KWAI sees that it is possible for YIN and JIANG to continue their former love, so he gives them the courage. JIANG still loves YIN but she also knows that CHI YIN still occupies his heart. She does not know what to do. FUNG is appreciated by KWAI TUNG and is promoted to be his keen assistant.
