阿龙为了助屠一笑复仇，甘愿再冒背叛罪名，实行假意投靠仇大千。 屠一笑与思灵、真真三人欲逃离上海，却被仇大千密布的手下追杀，只好放弃原意，转逃到陈炎伯家中暂避。仇大千等人寻至，要胁交出屠一笑等人，炎伯缄口不答，被殴遍体鳞伤，最后被仇大千带走。 仇大千用尽种种残酷的方法，欲迫炎伯说出屠一笑的下落，但炎伯却坚不允透露。为了成全阿龙留在仇大千的身边，他日好为屠一笑复仇。炎伯开枪自尽，以打消阿龙救他的念头。仇大千误以为是阿龙枪杀炎伯，不其然对他更是赏识！
